Since October 2021, any food you package on-site before the customer orders it — PPDS, short for prepacked for direct sale — has to carry a label showing the product name, the full ingredients list, and every allergen in bold. Pre-made sandwiches, salads, cakes and pastries wrapped at the counter all count. Food made to order or served unwrapped doesn't. This matrix can be a master reference your labels are built from — it doesn't replace them.
